Players must meet the age requirements for the specific program as per our admission criteria. Registration is confirmed only after submitting all required documents, forms, and applicable fees. Parents/guardians must provide accurate details; false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
All fees must be paid in full before the program starts or by the due date for ongoing sessions. Fees are non-refundable unless approved by the academy. Registration/admission fees are strictly non-refundable. Fees may change, with prior notice, and late payments may incur extra charges.
Players should attend training sessions regularly and arrive on time. Abusive language, violent behavior, or misconduct will not be tolerated. Violating the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination without any refund.
While we prioritize safety, football involves inherent risks. Parents/guardians must inform us about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before participation. In case of an emergency, the academy may arrange medical assistance, and related costs will be borne by the parent/guardian.
Yes, by enrolling, you allow us to use photos, videos, and other media from training, matches, and events for promotional purposes. To opt out, you must submit a written request to the academy.
Players are responsible for their belongings. The academy is not liable for loss, theft, or damage. Any academy-issued kit or equipment must be used responsibly and returned in good condition if required.
Yes, the academy may change schedules, training venues, or program structures due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances. Make-up sessions may be offered but are not guaranteed.
These Terms & Conditions follow Indian law, and any disputes will be handled in New Delhi courts.
