To join Estrella Football Academy, the applicant must agree to the following rules and norms for
admission:
1. Age Requirement: The applicant must be between the ages of 5 and 18 years old at the time of
admission.
2. Skill Level: The applicant should have a basic understanding and proficiency in football skills and
techniques. Previous experience in playing football, whether at a recreational or competitive level, is
preferred but not mandatory.
3. Commitment: The applicant should be committed to attending regular training sessions, matches, and
tournaments as scheduled by the academy. Dedication and punctuality are essential.
4. Early Termination Penalty: If the Player unilaterally terminates the contract or transfers to another club
within the six-month period without the prior written consent of the Academy, the Player shall be liable to
pay a penalty fee of Rs. 10,500 to the Academy.
5. Behavior: The applicant must demonstrate good sportsmanship, discipline, and respect towards
coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents during all academy activities. Any form of disrespectful,
aggressive, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Academic Performance: The applicant should strive to maintain satisfactory academic performance, as education is a priority alongside football. Academic progress and attendance records may be requested periodically.
7. Financial Obligations: The applicant or their parents/guardians must fulfill the financial obligations
associated with academy membership & membership will not be adjusted or refundable, including
payment of training fees, uniforms, equipment, and any additional costs related to participation in
tournaments or competitions.
8. Consent and Liability: The applicant or their parents/guardians must consent to allow the
academy to capture and use photographs, videos, or any other forms of media during training,
matches, or events for promotional purposes. The academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or
damage incurred during participation in academy activities.
9. Uniform and Equipment: The applicant must acquire and maintain the required academy uniform,
including jerseys, shorts, and appropriate footwear. In addition, the applicant must possess basic football
equipment such as shin-guards, socks and a personal water bottle.
10. Code of Conduct: The applicant must adhere to the code of conduct set by the academy, which
includes abstaining from the use of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products during academy activities and
representing the academy and its sponsors in a positive manner.
11. Parental Involvement: The applicant's parents/guardians are encouraged to actively support and
participate in academy activities, such as attending matches, volunteering as team managers, or assisting
with transportation when necessary.
